# Jane Quigley – Property Developer
#### Background
Jane is a businesswoman and property developer, and recently has been behind the Whitmore Village co-housing development in Richmond. She is committed to being part of the solution for Christchurch becoming a sustainable city. She has worked with Oxford Edge Director and Forensic Accountant Belinda Canton since 2015, both for accounting advice and a legal case.

Belinda worked with Jane and her team members and provided clear and concise information that led to a positive outcome in the case for Jane.
Belinda has also provided tax advice relating to a property development Jane is working on. “Her views and experience highlighted several areas where I had concerns,” Jane says. The information Belinda provided has allowed Jane to advance the project.
