Hubdoc is a free Xero add-on for Xero Starter, Standard and Premium plans.
Hubdoc extracts key data from bills and receipts and uses that data to create entries which can be matched and reconciled in Xero. Using Hubdoc saves your business time and resources when entering invoice and payment information through Xero.
You can email, upload, or use the mobile app to take a photo and upload bills and receipts into Hubdoc. It stores all the uploaded documents in individual folders for each supplier, so you no longer need to hold on to copies of paper receipts. Digital office FTW!
If you have a recurring invoice from a supplier, you can set up Hubdoc to automatically sync this through to Xero with the same details, so all you need to do is to reconcile the transaction against your bank statement line in Xero. This will help cut down the manual data entry time entering bills and invoices into Xero.
