Many of you will already have benefitted from Anna’s dedication, insight and passion for helping businesses thrive. Her journey with Oxford Edge started over a decade ago, first as a Client Manager and then as Associate Director, and she has consistently impressed with her strategic thinking, deep technical knowledge and her hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
Anna isn’t just about the numbers or end-of-year reporting, she’s about people. She builds strong, lasting relationships with her clients and is an active partner in their success, regularly connecting with them in person or by phone and challenging them to better understand and engage with their business.
Anna’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including construction, logistics, hospitality and pharmacy. Her international experience, which includes a senior role with the UK’s NHS, means she brings a global perspective to local business challenges. Anna especially loves working with startups, helping business owners take their early “lightbulb moments” and turn them into thriving ventures.
Anna lives in rural North Canterbury and is a valued member of her community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Cust School and, with her husband, is a strong supporter of the local volunteer fire brigade. That spirit of connection and contribution is something she brings to everything she does, whether it’s helping a client implement new software systems or offering a fresh perspective on a tricky business issue.
Joining Graeme, Paul and Belinda as the fourth Director at Oxford Edge, Anna reinforces an already strong leadership team. We are proud to have such a capable, community-minded leader step into this key role.
